An exhibition counter gives your team a workstation to greet visitors, run demos and keep brochures or a laptop to hand, with your brand at eye level on the front of the exhibition stand. Start with the range that matches how you will use it.
Fabric counters
A fabric exhibition counter has a printed stretch polyester fabric graphic pulled over an aluminium tube frame for a smooth, crease free finish.

Buying checklist
What to check before you buy a portable exhibition counter
Most exhibition counters here stand around 1m high, a comfortable height for leaning, writing and talking to visitors at a busy trade show. These details separate one counter from another.
- Load on top. Soft Touch push-fit counters take up to 35kg, the self-rising versions 15kg and the SEG pop up counter 25kg.
- Storage space. The SEG fabric pop up counter has a built in internal shelf for up to 10kg of brochures or samples.
- Graphic wrap and care. Soft Touch and SEG covers are machine washable at 30°C, and you can reorder just the graphic when your brand changes.
- Fire rating. Soft Touch, fabric pop up, SEG and Glopix counters use B1 rated fabric.
- Power. Inflatable and LED counters include the power supply. The WaveLight Air pump is sold separately.

Which exhibition counter should I choose?
Choose flat-pack for the lightest kit and lowest price, a fabric or pop up counter for washable covers and a quick build, a backlit counter to stand out in a dim hall, and an InfoDesk for a long registration or information point.
Are exhibition counters easy to assemble?
Yes. Most build by hand without tools. Soft Touch automatic counters rise by themselves, WaveLight Air counters inflate in under 15 seconds with the pump sold separately, and Casonara lightbox counters use colour coded frames.
Do the counters include storage?
The SEG fabric pop up counter has a built in internal storage shelf rated to 10kg. Other models are open frames, so check the product page if storage matters to you.
How much weight can the counter top take?
Soft Touch push-fit counters take up to 35kg, Soft Touch automatic counters 15kg, the fabric and SEG pop up counters 25kg and Casonara lightbox counters 35kg to 80kg evenly distributed, depending on size.
How do the counters travel?
They are designed to be easy to transport. Flat-pack counters come in a soft case made from 100% recycled materials, fabric and pop up counters in a carry bag, WaveLight Air counters in a recycled nylon travel bag and Casonara counters in a wheeled case.
Can I replace the graphic and keep the frame?
Yes. The frames are reusable, so you can order a new printed graphic when your branding or campaign changes. Soft Touch and SEG covers can also be washed at 30°C.
Are the counters fire rated?
Soft Touch, fabric pop up, SEG and Glopix counters use B1 rated fabric. The rating is listed in each product specification so you can check it against your venue rules.
