Sustainability at an exhibition comes down to two things: how many times you use your stand, and what happens to it afterwards. Many traditional stands are built from MDF, timber and plastic for a single show and end up in landfill. Ours are made from strong, fully recyclable board that stands up to busy show days, so the same stand comes back to multiple events, and when it has done its job every piece goes into standard cardboard recycling. Reuse is the biggest single step you can take to reduce your environmental impact as an exhibitor, and using sustainable materials means nothing becomes single-use waste at the end, with no single-use plastics in sight. If your business measures the carbon footprint of its events, a stand you keep and reuse is the sustainable choice. The fluted board comes from an FSC-certified source and is made by our UK manufacturing partner, which is certified to ISO 14001 and rated EcoVadis Silver.
The walls are made from panels that join edge to edge into one printed face, so you can reuse them in a new layout, add a second wall for a bigger space, or move the counter and totems around for product launches and conferences. If a panel is damaged, or your branding changes, you replace just that panel instead of reprinting the whole exhibition stand. That keeps cost and waste down over the life of the stand.
The board is light, so one person can carry and set up most pieces, and everything packs flat for the journey home and for storage between shows. The seating and tables use Xanita board, a high-density fibre board that is incredibly strong, so they cope with a full day of visitors.
