Automatic Soft Touch versions are 1000mm high with a 15kg top load. All four are B1 fire rated and for indoor use, and each product specification lists the full details.
Graphic and finish
Key features of the printed fabric
The fabric graphic is produced using high-quality dye sublimation printing on polyester, so the colour sits in the fibre and the whole graphic area is custom printed for a vibrant, smooth finish.
- Stretch or SEG. Most covers are stretch fabric that pulls tight over the hardware. The SEG counter uses a silicone edge graphic that pushes into a channel.
- Washable. Soft Touch and SEG covers wash at 30°C in a regular washing machine with a little detergent, so old fabric covers come up fresh.
- Replaceable. Order a new cover for the same hardware when your design or campaign changes.
- Fire rated. Soft Touch, pop up, SEG and Glopix counters use B1 rated fabric.
Installation
How a fabric exhibition counter goes up
Most of the range uses tool-free assembly, with no fixings to lose.

Build the frame
Push the tubular aluminium poles together, or release an automatic Soft Touch counter and let it rise.

Fit the fabric
Pull the stretch fabric counter cover down over the poles, or press the SEG edge into its channel.

Add the top
Place the counter-top on the frame. Soft Touch push-fit counters take up to 35kg.
4
Pack it away
Everything goes back in the carry bag or case until the next show.

What are fabric counters used for?
A fabric exhibition counter gives you a professional branded, customer-facing desk at trade shows and events, for meet and greet, literature, product display and demonstrations. It also works as a promotional counter for in-store promotion.
What is a stretch fabric counter?
It is an aluminium frame with a counter-top and base, covered by printed fabric pulled tight. The tension gives a smooth, crease-free look that hides the poles.
Are they easy to assemble?
Yes. Soft Touch, pop up and SEG counters are tool-free, and the automatic Soft Touch counters rise by themselves when released.
Can I wash the fabric cover?
Soft Touch and SEG covers are machine washable at 30°C with a little detergent. The Glopix lightbox graphic is not machine washable, so check the product page for your model.
Can I replace the graphic and keep the frame?
Yes. The frames are reusable, so you can order a replacement fabric graphic with new artwork and keep the same hardware. The flat-pack and InfoDesk frames carry a lifetime hardware warranty, so they are built to be long-lasting.
Which shapes and dimensions are available?
Oval, square, triangular, rectangular, straight and curved. Most fabric counters are around 1m high, and widths run from about 0.5m for the smallest lightbox to 6.78m for the largest InfoDesk.
How do they travel?
Soft Touch, pop up and SEG counters come with a carry bag, flat-pack counters with a soft case made from recycled materials, WaveLight Air counters with a recycled nylon travel bag and Casonara counters with a wheeled hard case.
Do any fabric counters have a shelf?
The SEG fabric pop up counter has a built in shelf for up to 10kg. The others are open inside.
