A fabric counter, 800mm wide and 1.01m high, that works on its own or joins up with more of the same to make a longer reception desk or bar. It suits events, receptions and retail spaces, with your design printed on stretch fabric over a slim aluminium frame.

Magnets do the lining up

Strong magnets inside the 30mm aluminium frame pull the sections into line, and the tubes push together by hand. Place two or more counters side by side and they connect the same way, so you can build a run of desk to suit your space.

Your fabric graphic

We dye-sublimation print your design on stretch fabric that zips over the frame for a smooth finish. It can sit under the black top or come up over it, depending on the look you want. If you join counters together, we can print one graphic to run along the whole front.

Packs flat

Taken apart, it lies flat in a soft bag, where a padded flap protects the black thermoformed MDF top. An internal shelf can be added for storage.

Finish Stretches slightly as it goes on, so it sits tight over the frame with very few creases.
Care Machine wash at 30°C with a mild detergent and leave it to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is modular, so it can be rebuilt in a different layout and dressed with new graphics for your next event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • We print by dye sublimation with water-based inks, so the colour is fused into the fabric and will not crack or peel.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

The fabric wraps round the frame tubes, so the template shows the visible face inside a larger print size. Keep text and logos inside the visible face, and for a double-sided graphic send each side as its own file.

Can I join it to other counters?

Yes. Place two or more side by side and the magnets in the frame connect them, so you can build a longer reception desk or bar.

Do I need tools to put it together?

No. The 30mm aluminium tubes push together by hand and the internal magnets pull the sections into line.

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. The hardware has a 5 year guarantee.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. The estimate beside Add to basket works out the dates for you.

Is artwork design included?
