A fully managed exhibition stand hire service
This service is for businesses that want a proper built trade show stand without buying a stand outright. You tell us the size of your plot and we talk through the rest with you. Hire is charged at a flat rate per square metre and whatever you want on the stand is included in it, so nothing gets quoted on top. Once you accept your written quote by email we handle the project management, from graphic design and print to delivery, installation and breakdown.
Our exhibition stands for hire use a modular system of aluminium frames and printed graphics, so the same parts can be set up to suit different plots and reused from show to show. That keeps our hire packages cost-effective compared with a one-off build, and the finish is clean and professional.
If you exhibit once or twice a year, or your plot changes from event to event, hiring is usually the simpler route. What's included when you hire an exhibition stand
When you hire exhibition stands from us, everything below is included in the square metre rate, so you don't need to source carpet, furniture or lighting separately.
Frame hire for up to 7 days
The exhibition system is yours for up to seven days, including the build and breakdown days.
Printed graphics
Graphics custom designed for your brand, or printed from your own files, on rigid Foamex board or black-back fabric.
43-inch screen
A 43-inch digital screen for video, slides or a product demo.
Bar stools and table
Bar stools and a bar table, in black.
Carpet
Carpet laid to the exhibition floor in the colour you choose.
Lighting
Stand lighting is included as standard.
Professional installation
Our crew builds the stand at the venue and takes it down again after the event.

Exhibition halls usually sell exhibition space in standard plots, so there are five popular preset sizes. If your plot is a different shape, we offer custom stand sizes too.
3m x 2m
Suits a smaller plot, with room for a graphic back wall, the screen and a bar table.
4m x 2m
A wide, shallow plot that gives you a long graphic wall facing the aisle.
3m x 3m

How exhibition stand hire works
Tell us your stand size
Leave your name, contact details and stand size on the form. We'll call or email to talk through your event, venue and dates.
Get a written quote
Your quote is a flat rate per square metre with everything you want on the stand included. To go ahead, accept it in writing by replying to the quote email.
Artwork and print
Send print-ready files and we'll proof them, or brief us and we'll take care of the stand designs for you. Either way the artwork help is free.
Build, show and dismantle
We deliver and install the stand at your venue, then come back after the event to take it down and away.
Should you hire or buy an exhibition stand?
It mostly depends on how often you exhibit and whether your plot stays the same. Here is an honest comparison.

Exhibition stands for hire across England
Our modular exhibition stand hire covers any exhibition venue in England, including venues in London, Birmingham and Manchester. We install the stand before the event opens and take it down afterwards.
We don't currently offer stand hire in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or outside the UK. If your event is there, you can buy one of our exhibition stands for your own team to set up.
FREE artwork design or proofing on every order
Graphics are the part of exhibition stand design that visitors notice first, so we help you get them right. If you have print-ready files, our designers check them before anything is printed. If you don't, send your logo, brand colours and wording and we'll design the artwork for you. Free design help is part of every hire.

How much does exhibition stand hire cost?
Exhibition stand hire is a flat fee per square metre of stand space. Whatever you want on the stand is included in that rate, from graphics, carpet, lighting and furniture to extras like shelving, lightboxes or a hanging structure, along with installation and dismantle. Leave your details and stand size on the form and we'll call or email to talk it through, then confirm your quote in writing.
What is included in the hire package?
Frame hire for up to seven days including build and breakdown, printed graphics on Foamex board or black-back fabric, a 43-inch screen, bar stools and a bar table, carpet in your choice of colour, lighting, installation and breakdown, plus RAMS and an electrical plan for the organiser. Extras such as shelving, lightboxes, raised flooring or a hanging structure are included too, all within the same rate per square metre.
Do you offer exhibition stand hire across the UK?
Not at the moment. We install and take down hired stands at any venue in England, including London, Birmingham and Manchester, but not in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or overseas. If your event is outside England, you can buy one of our exhibition stands instead for your own team to set up.
Is it better to hire or buy an exhibition stand?
Hiring usually makes more sense if you exhibit a few times a year, your stand space changes between shows or you have nowhere to store a stand. Buying suits businesses that exhibit often in the same size space and can transport and set up the stand themselves.
Can I hire a stand in a custom size?
Yes. Alongside the five preset sizes, the modular frame can be configured for other plot sizes at the same rate per square metre. Choose "Other size" on the form and we'll talk through the width, the depth and which sides of the stand are open to the aisle.
How long is the hire period?
Frame hire covers up to seven days, and that includes the build and breakdown days. If your build, open days and breakdown add up to more than seven days, mention it when we speak so we can check before quoting.
How do I book once I have a quote?
Reply to the quote email to accept it in writing. We then start on your artwork and confirm the details for your build. Booking early gives more time for design and print, so it's worth sending your enquiry as soon as you know your venue and dates.
Do I need to arrange power for the stand?
Stand power is usually ordered from the event organiser when you book your space. We provide an electrical plan with the RAMS so you know exactly what the stand needs, and your quote confirms what's covered.
