Sizing
Exhibition pop up stands in many sizes
Sizes describe the frame grid, so a 3x4 is three panels high by four wide. Some ranges name the width first, so a 4x3 there is four panels wide and three high, and every product page gives the width. Printed frames are the widest at each size because the end panels wrap round.

Frequently asked questions
How do pop up stands work?
Each is a folding aluminium scissor frame. You pull it open, lock it, then fit the printed graphic panels or fabric. There are no loose poles and no tools, so it is easy to erect, and a first-time exhibitor can build it alone.
What size do I need?
Match the width to your plot. A 3x3 suits a 2m to 3m space, a 3x4 the back of a 3m x 3m stand and a 3x5 a 4m wide plot.
Printed or fabric?
Printed pop ups have rigid panels, and most come in a case that converts into a counter. Fabric and SEG kits are portable lightweight options in carry bags for easy transportation, with a fabric counter; two sizes use 100% recycled polyester if you want sustainable materials.
Are they fire rated?
Many models list a B1 fire rating in their specifications, so check the product page and each venue's exhibition requirements before the show.
Can I show a video?
Yes. TV mount models hold a 20 to 50 inch screen in the centre of the back wall. Book power with the organiser.
How are the graphics printed?
Printed panels are UV printed in full colour on 500 to 550 micron panel material. Fabric and SEG graphics are printed by dye sublimation on 210gsm stretch polyester and can be washed at 30°C. Every pop up stand printing order includes free artwork design or proofing.
