Pop up backwall

The straight backwall is 3.44m wide and 2.23m tall, with your artwork printed onto PVC-free polyester panels across the front. The lightweight aluminium frame pulls open and its magnetic locking arms set themselves, so it builds without tools. Magnetic bars, hangers and kickers are supplied to fix the panels, along with a roll of magnetic tape.

A case that becomes your counter

The Zenith case is moulded from tough polyethylene and rolls on two wheels with a carry handle. It holds the pop up frame and its graphic panels, with an internal divider to protect the print in transit, and it can be secured with your own padlocks. At the show, fit the hinged beech tabletop on top and the case becomes a counter for brochures, samples and a laptop. A printed wrap can be added so the counter matches your backwall.

Lights included

Two Powerspot LED spotlights come in the bundle to light your graphic, so your stand stays bright and readable even in a dim corner of the hall.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Your design runs as one continuous image across the panels. The template marks the panel joins and the end panels, so keep faces and text away from both.

What's included in the bundle?

It measures 3435mm wide, 2225mm high and 306mm deep. The frame builds without tools.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
