Custom printed gazebo packages

Every gazebo package uses the same 40mm hexagonal frame, height adjustable and tool free, with a dye sublimation printed canopy and valance. The package decides how many printed walls you get, so you can personalise how open or enclosed your pitch feels. Each comes in four sizes, from 2m x 2m up to 3m x 6m.

The Standard

A printed canopy and valance with ground pegs, guide ropes and a wheeled carry bag. The simplest way to put your logo above a market stall or fair pitch.

Our printing service for personalised gazebos takes four steps, whether you start with a finished design or just an idea.

Send your artwork

Send us your brand files, slogan and colours. Our design team offers free artwork design or proofing, so you can send vector artwork or a rough idea.

Approve your proof

Check a proof of every graphic before it is printed. Each side can carry a different design, so your brand reads well from every direction.

Printing and dispatch

Every canopy and sidewall graphic is printed by dye-sublimation, a full-colour digital printing process where a heat press fixes the ink into the fabric, then dispatched with the frame and accessories.

Zoom gazebos start with a printed canopy and valances on a pop-up frame. Add printed full or half walls as you need them, put a sky banner above the roof, or order the complete 3m x 3m event kit.

Printing and build

Personalised gazebo specification

Each roof panel and wall is dye sublimation printed in full colour, so you can put a different design on every side and on each wall, from a simple logo to full-coverage artwork. Choose double sided wall graphics if you want the branding to read from inside and outside.

The 40mm hexagonal package frame pulls apart and locks into place without tools. Package canopies and walls are weather resistant and B1 fire rated, and are rated for wind of 13 to 18mph when correctly anchored with pegs, guide ropes and leg weights. Zoom gazebos are rated up to 18mph when secured. Our guide on how to weigh down a gazebo explains how much weight each leg needs.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the packages?
The frame and printed roof are the same in every package. The Standard is roof only, the Standard Plus adds a half wall, the Discover adds a full wall, the Imperial adds half walls and the Complete has full walls.
What sizes do printed gazebos come in?
Every package is offered in four sizes, from 2m x 2m up to 3m x 6m. Zoom printed gazebos come in 3m x 3m, 3m x 4.5m and 3m x 6m, and the steel frame version in 3m x 3m. Star tents run from 6m to 15m in diameter, and inflatable shelters go up to 6m x 6m.
Can I personalise each side of my gazebo?
Yes. Each side of the roof and each wall can carry its own design, printed in full colour by dye sublimation. Double sided printed walls show your branding inside and out.
Are the canopy and walls waterproof?
The roof and walls are weather resistant 600D polyester and B1 fire rated, so they suit outdoor shows and markets in changeable weather.
How much wind can the frame take?
The gazebo package frames are rated for 13 to 18mph when you anchor them correctly with pegs, guide ropes and leg weights, and Zoom gazebos for up to 18mph when secured. The 6m star shelter is rated up to 28mph. Take it down if the wind rises above its rating.
Do I need tools for set up?
No. The frame pulls apart and locks into place without tools, then the printed roof and walls attach to it.
Are leg weights included?
Leg weights are sold separately. We recommend four 8.5kg weights per package frame, available in packs of two. Zoom gazebos take 7.5kg leg weights, four per gazebo or six on the 3m x 6m, and the event kit includes four.
What is the turnaround on a printed gazebo?
