Sizing

Pop up display stand sizes for your stand

A size such as 3x3 means three sections high by three wide. Every model here is three sections high. The four fabric walls give the height first, so the second number tells you how wide they are, while the panel and SEG fabric pop up stands name the width first.

Measure your floor space and leave room at the sides so the wall clears any side walls. For wide displays, the Textile 3x5 runs to 3730mm.

Frequently asked questions

What is a pop up display wall?
It is a freestanding exhibition display for the back of your stand. A folding scissor frame opens out and a printed fabric cover or printed panels go on the front, so you get a full width wall without tools.
Who are pop up walls for?
Any exhibitor who sets up their own exhibition stand. The whole display solution is one frame and one bag, so a professional backdrop goes up in the time it takes to unpack.
Which display stand size do I need for a 3m stand?
A 3x3 or 3x4 suits most 3m stands. The 3x3 models are 2210mm to 2260mm wide and the 3x4 models are 2910mm to 2995mm wide. On the panel pop ups a 3x3 is 2.7m wide and a 4x3 is 3.44m wide.
Is it the same as a panel pop up?
Not quite. Panel pop ups hang rigid graphic panels on the frame with magnetic bars, and we sell those too. The fabric walls use one printed fabric cover instead, which is machine washable at 30°C.
Straight, curved or SEG, what is the difference?
The Textile walls are slim frames with a Velcro fitted recycled fabric. The SEG wall uses a deeper 320mm frame, stretch fabric and a choice of single or double-sided print, with a lit version too.
Are pop up stands easy to carry?
Yes. Each fabric wall comes with a wheeled carry bag that pulls like a trolley bag, the full panel pop ups come in a hard transit case, and weights run from 6.6kg (SEG 3x1) to 13.5kg (SEG 3x4).
Can I change the design later?
Yes. Every graphic is printed to order with your own design, and the frame is reusable, so you can order a new printed graphic for the same frame size. The SEG wall can be printed on both sides.
Can I use a pop up wall outdoors?
No. These walls are designed for indoor use, which makes them ideal for exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and promotional events.
What goes well with a pop up wall?
A pop up counter works as a podium for demos, and a roller banner at the front adds graphic visibility from the aisle.
How do I keep the fabric graphic looking new?
Machine wash the seamless fabric graphic at 30°C with a little detergent, iron it on low heat on the reverse and do not tumble dry. It keeps a professional display across multiple events, and the Textile and SEG covers are fire rated to DIN 4102-1 B1.
