Banner material
Why choose board over vinyl banners
Most roller banner graphics are printed on a PVC banner material, which is hard to recycle and usually ends up in landfill once the event is over. These are an alternative to vinyl: the ink goes straight onto board, so there is no plastic film to separate and far less environmental impact. The board is strong enough to reuse at event after event, and at the end of its lifespan the whole banner can be recycled with ordinary cardboard. Like paper banners, but much stronger, they are an eco-friendly choice that suits businesses with sustainable practices or trying to reduce their carbon footprint. All of our banners are made the same way, printed straight onto board. The fluted board comes from an FSC-certified source and is made by our UK manufacturing partner, which is certified to ISO 14001 and rated EcoVadis Silver.
Printing quality is just as bright as a traditional banner, and every face, including the base on the banner stands, can carry your branding, so it looks finished from every angle. They are made from sustainable materials for indoor use at shows, receptions and in store, rather than outdoor use as an outdoor banner.
