A 3m wide printed banner that sits above the canopy of a 3m x 3m Zoom gazebo, held up on fibreglass poles clamped to the gazebo legs. It puts your name up high where people can spot it across a busy showground, market or fan zone.

What you need with it

The banner comes with two upright poles and a two-part horizontal pole. To fix it to your gazebo you need two clamp brackets, one for each upright, which are sold separately. Outdoors we strongly recommend eight gazebo weights, two on each leg, also sold separately. The gazebo itself is not included.

Putting it up

Fix the clamp brackets to two legs of the gazebo. Join the horizontal pole and feed it through the pocket along the top of the graphic, then slide the uprights into the side pockets and close the hook and loop tabs. Lift the frame into the clamps and it is done. With the weights in place it is rated for wind speeds of 18 mph (29 km/h) or less.

Printed for outdoor use

Your design is printed on one side of a weather-resistant, water-repellent fabric. The pole pockets and hook and loop tabs keep it tight and flat. Everything packs into a carry bag with a shoulder strap, a handle and an outside pocket for the graphic.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Each printed panel (canopy, valance, wall or cover) has its own size and safe area on the template, so set each panel up on its own.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
