This rectangle counter gives your stand a proper desk wrapped in your own design. A stretch fabric cover pulls over an aluminium frame with a solid top and base, creating a smooth printed counter 800mm wide, 530mm deep and 1m high that one person can put together.

Storage inside

On this version the back of the cover is joined with a hook and loop strip. Open it to reach stock and literature inside without moving the counter, then press it shut for a clean look.

How it goes together

Four aluminium poles snap together in halves and screw into the counter top and the base. The fabric slides over the frame with its join at the centre of the back, and a silicone edge presses into grooves in the top and base to pull it tight. One person can build it in seven to ten minutes, and gloves are supplied so you can handle the fabric without marking it.

Printed all the way round

The cover is 260gsm stretch fabric printed by dye-sublimation, which dyes the colour into the fabric for a rich, even finish. Fabric can move slightly while it is cut and sewn, so avoid running fine detail across the join at the back. The counter is made for indoor use.

The fabric cover can go in a normal washing machine on a 30°C wash with no detergent. Let it dry completely before you put it back on or pack it away. When a cover reaches the end of its life it can go to specialist textile recycling, not household collections.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is made to be put up and taken down event after event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.
