A pop-out banner 2.02m wide and 1m high that springs open in seconds and folds down into a small carry bag. Printed on both sides, it suits sports days, festivals, fun runs, pop-up promotions and indoor events, and it is light enough to carry from car to pitch without a second trip.

Opens in seconds

The banner is built around a sprung steel frame. Take it out of the bag and it opens into shape by itself, with nothing to assemble and no tools. Outdoors, peg it down with the four pegs supplied and it is rated for winds up to 18mph (29km/h).

Printed on both sides

Your design is dye-sublimation printed on 110gsm flag knit for strong, fade-resistant colour, and the panel is edged in black elastic. The open knit lets wind pass through, so the banner sways gently instead of pulling against its pegs.

Reuse and recycling

  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • We print by dye sublimation with water-based inks, so the colour is fused into the fabric and will not crack or peel.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Flag fabric lets most of the print show through, so a single-sided flag can be seen from both sides. Where a double-sided flag is offered, send one file for each side.

Can I use it outdoors?

Yes. It's for indoor and outdoor use. Outdoors, peg it down with the four pegs supplied and it is rated for winds up to 18mph (29km/h).

Does it need assembling?

No. The sprung steel frame opens into shape by itself when you take it out of the bag, with nothing to assemble and no tools.

Can the graphic be washed?

Yes. The graphic can be machine washed at 30°C and reused.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. The estimate beside Add to basket works out the dates for you.
