A portable counter that lights up. Its front is a backlit graphic panel and its white top gives you a 1.04m by 420mm surface for brochures, samples or a tablet. Use it on an exhibition stand, at a pop-up shop or in a reception area where you want your brand to catch the eye at desk height.

Up and lit in minutes

The white powder-coated aluminium frame comes in numbered parts that slot and click together without tools. The LED edge lighting is already fitted, so you build the frame, press the graphic into its channel and plug in. The two-part top locks in place with twist-out locators and locking screws, and the shelf inside takes up to 20kg spread evenly. Setting up takes under ten minutes.

Your backlit graphic

Your design is printed on 175gsm backlit fabric that spreads the light evenly for rich colour. A silicone edge pushes into the channel round the frame, so the face stays smooth and tight. This version is printed on the front. The frame takes graphics on both faces, so ask us if you want the back printed too, or if you would like recycled fabric.

Line up more than one

The power cable leaves through the base, so two or more counters can stand tight against each other to make a longer lit front. When the event is over, the counter packs into a compartmented protective case with a carry handle.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is made to be put up and taken down event after event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.
  • Ask us about printing your graphic on recycled fabric.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Your graphic has a thin silicone strip sewn round its edge that pushes into the frame channel, so the print is slightly larger than the area you see. The template shows both sizes: keep text and logos inside the safe area.

How long does it take to set up?

Setting up takes under ten minutes. The numbered frame parts slot together without tools, the LED edge lighting is already fitted, and you press the graphic in and plug in.

Is there storage inside?

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
