This X banner stand takes a graphic 800mm wide and is one of the lightest ways to put your message in a shop, a reception area or a busy event. A fibreglass X frame holds the banner taut from each corner, so it goes up in a minute and packs down very small. It suits short promotions where you need several stands without a big outlay.

How it holds your graphic

Your banner has an eyelet in each corner. These hook onto the tips of the frame’s arms, which pull the graphic tight so it sits flat. There is no base to fill or weigh down and nothing to screw together.

Your printed banner

We print your design single-sided on 440gsm economy banner vinyl using water-based latex inks. The finish is slightly textured and the material is light to handle. It is best kept indoors and suits short-term campaigns. The visible print area is 750mm wide x 1700mm high.

Light to carry

The whole stand weighs 0.34kg and comes with a drawstring carry bag, so one person can take several to an event or keep a spare in the car.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

The template marks the finishing, such as eyelets and pole pockets. Keep text and logos clear of them.
