A Vector radius arch module that makes a polished entrance or walkway through your stand, 950mm wide, 2.55m high and 2.6m deep. The join between the front and the roof is rounded and the aluminium pole is hidden inside the graphics, so your design flows in one unbroken surface from one side to the other. It takes two printed fabric graphics. The first covers the front and the roof, the second covers the back and the ceiling.

Printed fabric graphics

Your artwork is printed by dye sublimation onto stretch polyester fabric for rich colour and fine detail. A silicone strip around the edge of each graphic pushes into the channel of the profile, giving a tight, frameless face. If the module will sit in a brightly lit hall, ask us about black-backed fabric so nothing shows through. Graphics come out easily, so you can reprint for a new event and keep the frame.

Built to stand on its own

Stabilising feet are built into the arch, so it stands securely without extra supports. Vector is built from 50mm aluminium profiles that screw together with a single Allen key. Once a module is assembled, pre-fitted quick-release flip bars or bolts join it to the next module without tools. The parts are reusable and pack into a compact box for storage and transport. Recessed spotlights and a TV screen holder can be added to make the arch work harder on your stand.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is modular, so it can be rebuilt in a different layout and dressed with new graphics for your next event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • We print by dye sublimation with water-based inks, so the colour is fused into the fabric and will not crack or peel.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Your graphic has a thin silicone strip sewn round its edge that pushes into the frame channel, so the print is slightly larger than the area you see. The template shows both sizes: keep text and logos inside the safe area.
