A complete Vector exhibition stand for a 6m² space, with your design printed on fabric graphics for every frame and the counter. Two 1.95m wall modules and a 2.85m module form the walls, with two posts, a Formulate oval counter and two pairs of LED arm lights.

Your graphics, printed and ready

Every frame and the counter come with your artwork printed by dye sublimation onto stretch polyester fabric. Each graphic has a silicone strip around its edge that pushes into the channel of the aluminium profile, giving a tight, frameless face with no visible fixings. If the stand will sit under strong lighting, ask us about black-backed fabric so nothing shows through. Graphics can be reprinted for each new campaign while the frames stay the same.

A built-stand look from reusable modules

Vector uses a heavier 50mm aluminium profile than portable frame systems, so the finished stand feels solid and permanent. The profiles come in numbered lengths of up to 1250mm and screw together with a single Allen key. Once each module is built, quick-release flip bars or bolts lock it to its neighbours without tools. Storerooms, arches and raised sections are all part of the same system, which is what gives these layouts their architectural shape.

Pack down, store, rebuild

The modules break down into short lengths that pack into compact boxes for storage and transport. Because every piece is reusable, you can rebuild the same stand at the next show, rearrange the modules for a different space, or add walls or lighting later.

Finish Stretches slightly as it goes on, so it sits tight over the frame with very few creases.
Care Machine wash at 30°C with a mild detergent and leave it to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is modular, so it can be rebuilt in a different layout and dressed with new graphics for your next event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • We print by dye sublimation with water-based inks, so the colour is fused into the fabric and will not crack or peel.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.

Supplying your own artwork

FREE artwork design or proofing on every order. If you would rather send a finished file, set it up like this.

  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.

Your graphic has a thin silicone strip sewn round its edge that pushes into the frame channel, so the print is slightly larger than the area you see. The template shows both sizes: keep text and logos inside the safe area.

What's included in the kit?

How is it put together?

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
