Printed canopy and valances

Your artwork is printed by dye-sublimation onto the canopy and valances. The print is UV-stable and water-resistant, so the colours hold up well outdoors and your brand stays sharp from one event to the next.

Simple to put up

The folding steel frame pulls open until the corner buttons click into place, then the canopy goes on and fastens inside with hook and loop strips. Stand on each foot and pull the leg up until it locks at the height you want. No tools are needed for the frame. Secure it with the guy ropes and pegs supplied (you will need a mallet for the pegs). When properly secured it handles winds of around 13 to 18 mph (20 to 28 km/h). Take it down in strong winds, and let the fabric dry before you pack it away.

Add printed walls

Printed full walls are available separately, single or double-sided, and fix to the frame with hook and loop. Close one side for a backdrop or all four for a branded room.

Storage and transport

The whole gazebo folds into a wheeled carry bag. It is light for a steel-framed tent, which makes it practical for teams who set up every weekend.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Each printed panel (canopy, valance, wall or cover) has its own size and safe area on the template, so set each panel up on its own.

Will it cope with wind?

When properly secured it handles winds of around 13 to 18 mph (20 to 28 km/h). Take it down in strong winds.

Do I need tools to put it up?

No tools are needed for the frame, but you will need a mallet for the pegs that come with it.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
