A 3m x 3m inflatable event tent with your design printed on the canopy. The air-filled frame weighs 7.6kg, inflates in around two minutes and makes a stand-out base for information points, refreshment areas and meeting spots at outdoor events.

Inflates in minutes

The frame is made from air-tight TPU inside a removable polyester sleeve. You inflate it with an electric pump, which is sold separately, and it is ready in about two minutes. Once it is up it holds its air, so there is no blower running and no noise. Three inflation valves and three pressure-release valves make setting up simple and protect the frame from over-inflation.

Anchored for outdoor use

The kit includes twelve ground pegs with guy ropes, plus four 8-litre water bags that sit inside the legs. We recommend filling all four bags, even when you can peg into soft ground. Pegged and weighted, the tent is rated for wind speeds of 15.3 mph (24 km/h) or less.

Your printed canopy

The printed canopy fixes to the frame with hook and loop, so it is quick to fit and easy to swap for a new design. Printed full walls that zip into place are available separately if you want to close in the sides.

Packs small

The tent folds into its transport bag, which measures under half a metre each way, and a repair kit is included.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Each printed panel (canopy, valance, wall or cover) has its own size and safe area on the template, so set each panel up on its own.

How long does it take to inflate?

It's ready in about two minutes using an electric pump, which is sold separately. Once it's up it holds its air, so there's no blower running and no noise.

Will it cope with wind?

Pegged and weighted, it's rated for wind speeds of 15.3 mph (24 km/h) or less. Twelve pegs, guy ropes and four 8-litre water bags are included.

Are walls included?

No. Zip-on full walls are sold separately.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. The estimate beside Add to basket works out the dates for you.
