This fabric banner stand is 1m wide with a light, reusable frame, made for exhibitions, retail promotions and events on a sensible budget. Your design is printed onto stretch fabric that zips over the frame for a smooth finish, and when the campaign changes you only replace the fabric.

Printed double-sided

This version is printed double-sided. Single-sided graphics have a plain white back for positions against a wall, while double-sided graphics carry your design on both faces for open floor spots.

Tool-free build

The frame is 25mm anodised aluminium tube in numbered sections on bungee cord, so it pushes together in order with no tools. Powder-coated steel feet connect to the base to hold it upright. The graphic slides over like a pillowcase and zips closed at the bottom.

Reuse it campaign after campaign

The 260gsm dye-sublimation fabric can be folded and washed. Order a new graphic when your message changes and keep the same frame and feet, which pack into a carry bag that opens on three sides.

Finish Stretches slightly as it goes on, so it sits tight over the frame with very few creases.
Care Machine wash at 30°C with a mild detergent and leave it to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is made to be put up and taken down event after event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • We print by dye sublimation with water-based inks, so the colour is fused into the fabric and will not crack or peel.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

The fabric wraps round the frame tubes, so the template shows the visible face inside a larger print size. Keep text and logos inside the visible face, and for a double-sided graphic send each side as its own file.

How big is it when it's set up?

Do I need tools to put it up?

No. The 25mm aluminium tube comes in numbered sections on bungee cord that push together in order, and the steel feet connect to the base. It all packs into a carry bag that opens on three sides.

Can I wash or swap the graphic?

Yes. The fabric can be folded and machine washed at 30°C. When your message changes, order a new graphic and keep the same frame and feet.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
