Built to keep going

The base is anodised aluminium with reinforced aluminium end caps, and a rigidising bracket stiffens the pole. Twin twist-out feet keep it steady, and the three-part pole is held together by a bungee cord so the sections never go missing.

Fitting your graphic

Your graphic attaches at the bottom with a self-adhesive leader and at the top with an adhesive rail, so it is held firmly at both ends. The visible print area is 850mm wide by 2m high.

Your printed banner

We print your design on 440gsm economy banner vinyl with water-based latex inks. It has a lightly textured surface and is a good fit for short campaigns and everyday event use. If the banner will stand under strong lighting, or you want it to stay flat for longer, ask us about our premium vinyl, which has a light-blocking back and a smoother face for sharper colour.

Padded carry bag

A double-skin nylon bag with padded lining protects the stand in transit and storage.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium base and pole are made to be used again and again. When your message changes, fit a new banner and keep the same stand.
  • At the end of its life, take the banner off and the aluminium can go to standard metal recycling.
  • Your graphic is printed with water-based latex inks, which are solvent-free and very low in odour.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

The template shows the full banner and a smaller safe area. The bottom strip of the banner stays inside the base when the banner is up, so run your background into it but keep text and logos out.
