How it works

Fill the base with water or sand to give it weight, then fit your pole. The pole does not swivel in this base, so the flag stays facing the way you set it.

It suits small and medium feather, crest, fin and blade flags from our range, but not the teardrop flag or the Flamingo flag. For larger flags choose the medium or large parasol base.

Flag bases and mounts are sold for flags from our range, either on the same order as your flag or for a flag you have already bought from us (just quote your order number).

How do I weigh it down?

Fill the base with 20L of water, or with sand, then fit your pole.

Which flags does it fit?

It suits small and medium feather, crest, fin and blade flags from our range, but not the teardrop or Flamingo flag. For larger flags, choose the medium or large parasol base.

Does the flag swivel in this base?

No. The pole doesn't swivel, so the flag stays facing the way you set it.

Will the water freeze in winter?

It can, so add salt to the water if you're using it during the winter months.

How long will it take to arrive?

Dispatched within 1-3 working days with express options available. Orders placed after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, count from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. The estimate beside Add to basket works out the dates for you.
