An A1 pavement sign for cafés, salons, shops and venues that want to draw in people walking past. Your design is printed on banner vinyl and shown on both faces of the A-frame, so people see it walking either way along the street. The front-loading frames open in seconds, which makes it easy to change your offer as often as you like.

Printed on both faces

You get two printed graphics, one for each side of the board. They are printed on 440gsm banner vinyl using water-based latex inks for bright, clear colour, and a clear PVC cover sits over each one to keep off rain, dust and fingermarks.

Snap frames for quick changes

Each face has a snap-action frame. Open the four edges, lay in your graphic and the cover, then snap the edges closed. There are no screws or tools, so swapping a menu or a seasonal promotion takes a minute.

Sturdy and easy to store

The frame is aluminium with a galvanised steel back for strength, and it copes with winds up to 18mph (29km/h). At closing time it folds flat to bring inside or stack against a wall. It works outside on the pavement and inside a shop or venue.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

The template marks the finishing, such as eyelets and pole pockets. Keep text and logos clear of them.

If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
