A complete Modulate exhibition stand for a 6m² space, with your design printed on fabric graphics for every frame and the counter. Four square-cornered frames make up the walls, with a Formulate oval counter and two pairs of LED floodlights clamped to the frame.

Your graphics, printed and ready

Every frame and the counter come with your artwork printed by dye sublimation onto 260gsm stretch fabric. Each graphic slides over its frame like a pillowcase and zips shut along the bottom, so it pulls tight with no creases and no visible fixings. The fabric is washable and folds for storage, and new graphics can be printed whenever your message changes.

Magnetic frames that go up fast

Each frame is built from 30mm aluminium tube in numbered, colour-coded sections held together by bungee cord, and push buttons lock the joints. Magnets inside the uprights snap neighbouring frames together at almost any angle, so you can square off corners or angle a wall towards the aisle. Feet twist and lock into place by hand, and the LED floodlights clamp directly onto the tube. No tools are needed for the frames.

Easy to store and reuse

Every frame packs into its own padded bag with pockets for the feet and graphic, so the stand is quick to sort and load after a show. The frames work just as well on their own, so you can use part of the stand for a smaller event or add more frames later.

Finish Stretches slightly as it goes on, so it sits tight over the frame with very few creases.
Care Machine wash at 30°C with a mild detergent and leave it to dry naturally. Do not tumble dry.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is modular, so it can be rebuilt in a different layout and dressed with new graphics for your next event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • Your fabric graphic can be washed and reused, and when your design changes a new print fits the same frame.
  • We print by dye sublimation with water-based inks, so the colour is fused into the fabric and will not crack or peel.
  • Polyester fabric can be recycled through specialist textile recycling schemes, though not in household collections.

Supplying your own artwork

FREE artwork design or proofing on every order. If you would rather send a finished file, set it up like this.

  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.

The fabric wraps round the frame tubes, so the template shows the visible face inside a larger print size. Keep text and logos inside the visible face, and for a double-sided graphic send each side as its own file.

What's included in the kit?

One 800mm, two 1.8m and one 2m wide Modulate square-cornered walls, all 2.4m high, three pairs of half feet, an oval fabric counter, two pairs of LED floodlights with drivers and four spotlight clamps, with your graphics printed for every frame and the counter.

Do I need tools to put it up?

No. Push buttons lock the frame joints, magnets snap neighbouring frames together at almost any angle, the feet twist and lock by hand, and the floodlights clamp onto the tube.

Can the graphics be washed or changed later?

Yes. The fabric is washable and folds for storage, and new graphics can be printed whenever your message changes.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. The estimate beside Add to basket works out the dates for you.
