Your printed canopy

Your artwork is printed by dye-sublimation onto weather-resistant polyester fabric, which gives sharp, bright colour that lasts through regular outdoor use. The square canopy shades a generous area and keeps your logo in view from a distance.

Strong, simple frame

The frame is made from 40mm hexagonal anodised aluminium with a secure locking bracket. A push-button mechanism opens it and sets the height in seconds, with no tools needed. It is rated for wind up to 15mph.

Base needed, sold separately

The parasol needs its 20kg concrete base to stand, and the base is sold separately. It is made to fit this parasol, with a central pole insert and two thumbscrews that hold the pole upright. The parasol frame is supplied in a cardboard box.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Each printed panel (canopy, valance, wall or cover) has its own size and safe area on the template, so set each panel up on its own.

It's rated for wind up to 15mph.

Can I adjust the height?

Yes. A push-button mechanism opens it and sets the height, with no tools needed. Its maximum height is 2590mm.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch. The estimate beside Add to basket works out the dates for you.

Is artwork design included?
