A complete 1m Deluxe café barrier kit for marking out outdoor seating at cafés, restaurants, bars and shops, with your branding on the banner. The kit includes a 1m top rail, two posts, two weighted bases, spring clips and your printed banner, all in a chrome-effect finish. It is easy to put up, move and extend as your space changes.

Printed double-sided

Your banner is printed double-sided on 450gsm PVC banner, a tough material that handles outdoor use. A single-sided banner suits a barrier set against a wall or hedge. A double-sided banner carries your design on both faces, for barriers that customers walk past on both sides. The banner hangs from a pole pocket on the top rail and is held at the bottom corners with spring clips, so changing it for a new season is quick.

Simple to build

Each post bolts onto its weighted base with the spanner supplied, and the rail sits between the two posts. The bases weigh just over 6kg each, which keeps the barrier steady while still letting one person move it.

Extend your barrier

Rails come in 1m, 1.5m and 2m lengths. To run the barrier further, add another rail with one more post and base, and mix lengths to fit your terrace. For more exposed spots, ask us about adding a bottom rail so the banner is held along both edges.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

The template marks the finishing, such as eyelets and pole pockets. Keep text and logos clear of them.

What's included in the kit?

The kit includes your printed banner, a 1m top rail, two posts, two weighted bases and spring clips. Assembled, it measures 1140mm wide and 960mm high.

Is it heavy enough to stay put?

Each weighted base is 6.1kg and each post is 1.65kg, which keeps the barrier steady while still letting one person move it. The posts bolt onto the bases with the spanner supplied.

Can I extend the barrier?

Yes. Rails come in 1m, 1.5m and 2m lengths. To run the barrier further, add another rail with one more post and base.

How long will it take to arrive?

Printed and dispatched within 5 days with express options available. The 5 working days start once you've approved your artwork. If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
