A folding event table, 1.45m long, with your design printed on a weather-resistant fabric panel across the front. It gives you a tidy, branded counter for outdoor events, markets, food stalls, festivals and sampling, and it sits comfortably inside a 3m × 3m Zoom gazebo.

Built for outdoor use

The frame is made from 40mm hexagonal anodised aluminium with steel feet, and it is made to resist rust and stand up to the weather. It is the same profile used in our Zoom gazebos, so the table matches your tent. Foot weights and flag clamps can be added for extra stability and more branding.

Set the height you need

The legs lock at five heights, from 654mm for a low display up to 945mm for serving or standing conversations. Quick release clips set and hold the height, and no tools are needed.

Fast to set up and pack away

The scissor frame opens out in one movement. The support bars lock onto the top of the frame and the rolling aluminium tabletop slides between the runners to make a flat, even surface. When you are done it all folds into a black nylon bag with shoulder straps and bubble-wrapped parts, small enough for most car boots.

Your printed front panel

Your design is printed on weather-resistant fabric that fixes to the table with hook and loop patches, so you just line it up and press it on. It comes off just as easily, which makes it simple to swap for a new design.

Reuse and recycling

  • The aluminium frame is made to be put up and taken down event after event, and aluminium can be recycled at the end of its life.
  • We print by dye sublimation with water-based inks, so the colour is fused into the fabric and will not crack or peel.

Instructions and technical sheets

Supplying your own artwork

If you would rather send a finished file than use our free design service, set it up like this.

  • Use the template above. It is drawn at quarter size (1:4), so keep it at that size and do not change its proportions: we scale it up when we print.
  • Set your colours in CMYK and send a high quality print PDF.
  • Images look best at 72 to 125dpi at full print size, which is about 300 to 500dpi inside a quarter-size template.
  • Run your background 3mm past the cut line and keep text and logos inside the safe area.
  • Outline all fonts. Keep text at least 3mm high and lines at least 2mm thick.
  • Send one design per file. A double-sided graphic needs a file for each side.
  • Hide the instructions layer and remove the template lines before you export.

Each printed panel (canopy, valance, wall or cover) has its own size and safe area on the template, so set each panel up on its own.

If you approve after 2pm, or at a weekend or on a bank holiday, they start from the next working day. UK delivery then takes 1-2 working days after dispatch.
